Off the typical path of tourist steps lies the Kimpton Aertson Hotel in the Midtown district next to Vanderbilt University. Our industrial design blends the hotel into a mixed-use project that provides a glimpse of the future of Nashville. Distinguished by its seasonal rooftop pool and large event space offerings, Kimpton celebrates the new Nashville experience. Unlike other hotels, the Kimpton has positioned itself as walkable to a myriad of offerings including Music Row, bars, a university, and fitness studios. This specific Kimpton is one of the brands’ most art-centric hotels with its many contemporary art pieces seen throughout the building.

The eatery channels similar design inspiration. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, the cafe offers an excellent option for guests of Kimpton.
